Unable to get column lineage — Consumer API returning 404 in Spline 0.8.1

I’ve set up Spline using Docker, but I’m unable to get column-level lineage data. The job and dataset lineage appear correctly in the Admin UI, but when I try to query the Consumer API, it returns a 404 Not Found error.

I have attached , env -file, compose file and script and command.
please help us to resolve it ?
