URL / Store synchronization

As a user I want to be able to bookmark Spline URLs or share them via IMs or emails.
For that certain parts of the components' state should be stored in the URL.
We do not want the components to be responsible for that or to have any kind of dependency to the router. So we need to create a module that would take care of URL <=> State sync transparently, based on a mapping provided. (can we utilize annotations on AppState properties?)
