Currently, users have their namespace automatically created for them at `python.kafka.modelname`

We should allow users to define their own namespace.

something like,

```python
class MyRecord(KafkaRecord):
name: str

@property
def namespace():
return 'my.name.space'
````

or as an argument to `PandasToRecordsTransformer`
