Py2k should enable setting different [naming strategies](https://docs.confluent.io/platform/current/schema-registry/serdes-develop/index.html#subject-name-strategy) (for both key and value).
This functionality is probably provided already by schema_registry_conf. We just need to create examples to clearly document how to set this config properly.
