## Background
- HyperdriveOffsetComparisonService: This service is tightly coupled to Hdfs (e.g. login by keytab), and doesn’t work on AWS (S3).
## Feature
Add S3 support for HyperdriveOffsetComparisonService.
At start of the application using application properties should be determined whether to use S3 or HDFS or Determine based on the path ???
