## Background
Sometimes informationDate provided in the `_INFO` file does not match to the raw path and `--report-date` in the run parameter. This may cause a confusion, as there is currently no way to insure consistency.
## Feature
Make sure we do not present inconsistent information in Means.
## Example [Optional]
in the Run object:
a) `informationDate` from` _INFO` is stored as `controlMeasure.metadata.informationDate`
b) `--report-date` (corresponding to path) is stored as `controlMeasure.metadata.additionalInfo.enceladus_info_date`
## Proposed Solution [Optional]
a) should be depricated
b) should be used everywhere instead
