## Describe the bug
Conformance rules make too many requests to the server. 120 rules do approx 725 requests to the server. This makes the DomContentLoaded time and Load time quite different.
This makes it lag even on localhost.
## To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior OR commands run:
1. Have 120 ConformanceRules
2. Open the dataset page where you have 120 conformance rules
