Menas Conformance Rules allow creation of structs in output column but shouldn't

## Describe the bug
Menas Conformance Rules allow the creation of nested structures and nested columns that do not exist. This should be prohibited.

## To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior OR commands run:
1. Create casting conformance rule
2. As output put "Level1.Value1" where Level1 previously did not exist
3. You are allowed to

## Expected behaviour
Menas should stop you from creating nested structures and using `.` (dots) in names

## Additional context
This will close issue #753
