Oozie Coordinator Name doesn't use created version, but one behind

## Describe the bug
Oozie Coordinator Name uses name and version of the dataset, but the version it uses is not the one it is going to create, but it is the one with which the schedule has been created. So if I have a `DS1` of version `3` and I create a schedule it will create a `DS1` of version `4` in Menas and Coordinator Job of name `DS1 (3)`

## To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour OR commands run:
1. Create Schedule
2. Check Schedule coordinator
3. Check Dataset Version

## Expected behaviour
I would expect the name to be of the version that was created so it is one to one with the schedule name.
