I have a feeling we some time ago agreed that schema version 0 is never usable and that everything should be >0 for schemas.
## Feature
Don't show version 0 in the schema picker.
## Discussion
What will happen if we ever allow to "fork" schemas or something similar and it starts from a 0?

Start by finding the schema picker UI/component and the code path that supplies schema versions to it. Verify whether version 0 is currently shown, then filter it out while keeping versions greater than 0 visible. Done means the picker no longer offers schema version 0 and the open discussion about future forked schemas is resolved or explicitly accounted for.
