## Background
Currently we have a lot of duplications in POM files in our modules.
- Scala compiler Maven plugin is present in each of the modules and has the same settings everywhere. We can put it into the parent POM.
- We can use dependency manager everywhere as @wajda suggested

## Feature
It will be great to optimize POM files, remove duplications and make them concise.
