## Describe the bug
`mvn dockerfile:build` does not work anymore. There are issues of it trying to connect to GCP. Also, the docker plugin for maven is deprecated now.
We need a new way of building docker images for means.
Currently `docker build xyz` with appropriate build args works. So the maven plugin not working is not a blocker
