Beschreibung
## Background
We have Helper scripts to make it easier to run Enceledus SparkJobs jobs. They are shell/batch scripts, which are harder to maintain, deploy and frankly write good code in.
## Goal
Rewrite the Helper scripts in python to avoid OS dependency and make easier support and deployment.
## Expected Task List
A list of expected issues that will be needed to achieve this Epic
1. Configuration in Json or Yaml
2. Helper Scripts written in python
3. Deployment using some distribution service.
