## Background
Next step in test automation process on AWS. PR intended for the automated tests needs to be marked (by a GitHub label or commit tag) and based on this mark the test environment is set.
The process of the setting environment by Build context has been developed in Issue #1725. This issue is about the automation of this process and inclusion in the pipeline.
## Feature
The automated setting of the Test environment on AWS before merging the PR into develop branch.
This automated process is started based on the mark of the PR.
The test environment will be created based on the build context assigned to the specific mark.
