In menas.*.connection.database use Not Root user and existed DB-name

## Background
now in JavaOPS menas.*.connection.database using value for Root-user or user with createDB permissions.

## Feature
in menas.*.connection.database use less privileged NON-root user who are own Existed DB name.

## Example
Now: menas.*.connection.database = "mongodb://Root:Pass@host:port/?replicaSet=rs0"
Suggest: menas.*.connection.database = "mongodb://userNONroot:Pass@host:port/**DatabaseName**?replicaSet=rs0"

Of course, the creation of user and DB will be init-step in the deployment script.
