## Background
Currently Menas is a monolithic application, which makes it more difficult to extend and to have it in the cloud.
## Goal
Separate Menas into two parts: the `UI` and `API`.

1. Separate Menas into two Tomcat deployable applications
2. Separate Menas into a static UI and a Tomcat API
