## Describe the bug
When we run standardization or conformance, the Run entity does not update the start time in the beginning. This is a problem because it is harder for user to track orphaned jobs because they don't know when it started.
## To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior OR commands run:
1. Run standardization
2. Open the initialized Run object
3. There is no start date
## Expected behaviour
Jobs start date should be one of the first things to get populated
