Reduce size of Menas deliverable

## Background
We decided to dockerize our apps and move to Fargate and such. For this, we should look into the possibility of reducing the size of Mena's war file as it is currently around 200 MB big.

## Proposed Solution [Optional]
Ideas :
1. Detach spark/scala features from Menas into a separate module. This module does not need to be in a HA mode and does not need to scale that much because it is used primarily when manipulation schemas. Manipulation of schemas is not a highly used use-case. People set it once and then we mostly use GET entity and POST run
2. Try to include only the packages that are really needed. By exclusion of some, we might achieve a smaller size.
