## Describe the bug
Negation conformance rule kills the whole spark job if it encounter unsupported data type.
## To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior OR commands run:
1. Have a dataset with a conf rule of negation with input column of type string
2. Run conformance
## Expected behaviour
I expect the issue to be written to errCol and not kill the job
