Add a warning in UI saying old versions are in use

## Background
When using a dataset/mapping table there might be an old schema used.
When using a conformance rule there might be an old mapping table used.
People then forget to update the links and spark jobs fail.

## Feature
Have a Warning icon next to details of a dataset, mapping table or conformance rule indicating that an old link is in use and maybe it should be updated. Something lie "Warning, you are not using the latest version. If that is ok, please continue." in a tooltip.

Start by tracing the UI details for datasets, mapping tables, and conformance rules, then follow how their linked versions are represented. Define how the interface identifies an older link and where the warning icon and tooltip should appear; done means each affected detail view clearly warns about a non-latest version without blocking continuation.
