Description
We would like to provide a Standardization and Conformance SDK, to be used as a library on which the Enceladus platform is built. This should allow other users to more easily extend and appropriate the core functionality into their own spark jobs.
This will require a lot of refactoring and extracting logic to a new `encelaus-sdk` module.
Further expected benefits:
* no/decreased code duplication
* better testability
* performance improvements
