説明
We need to create a group of public helper services exposed to consumer apps in the left rail. We also need to add API pages for these services. There will be no Examples page.
Current services that don't showcase their API:
- `CpsRootFontSizeService`
- `CpsFocusService`
- `CpsLiveAnnouncerService`
- `CpsThemeService`
- `CpsCronValidationService`
- `CpsDialogService`
- `CpsNotificationService`
