## Question
We are currently utilizing cobrix to parse IMS data and have a requirement to generate auto generated segment level IDs while also implementing a segment filter due to performance reasons. We are wondering if this could potentially cause any issues with regards to creating a data hierarchy and filtering the data simultaneously .

Could you please inform us if this is the correct approach to take?
