## Background
Atum doesn't log much currently.
## Feature
If a user specifies behavior that is different from the default one, log it at `INFO` level.
- [x] For example, if the storage level is specified, log which storage level will be used. (This particular logging is already done, need to do this for other behavior changing methods as well).
