FR: Release packages for Scala 2.12

Hello, I am trying to use your package with [Almond][almond-gh] Docker Image,
but the Scala version of this package (`2.11`) is too old, Almond is already
**4 years!** do not built for this version of Scala:

Also, if you look at the versions of Scala supported by Spark, they dropped
support of Scala `2.11` on version `2.4.8` (almost 2 years ago):

- [spark-core on Maven][spark-core-mvn]

I think it makes sense to publish this package under Scala `2.12`, so that it
continues to run on modern versions of Spark.
