Add configuration based on the part/command types

Add configuration that can be used by the different components to know how different parts/commands should be shown.
Some things that should be configurable:
- Icon of the component
- Color of the component
- How the component measurement data should be displayed:
- Graph/Map/Status
- Units
- etc.
- How to display commands and how to dispatch them
- Some other stuff probably
