Allow typing in values for width and height?

I would like to type in values for width and height instead of using the sliders. This is particularly important since the Ultimate SD Upscale extension doesn't seem to work right with the plugin, and requires you to adjust the width/height sliders to the width and height of your image when set to "scale from image size" (the other two size options don't seem to work) instead of detecting the image size directly from the selection. Except you can't adjust the width and height sliders beyond 2048 (even if auto1111 UI config is set to allow greater maximum), so if you have an image bigger than that, it seems you can't upscale it with the extension within Photoshop/plugin. Of course, another solution would be to fix the "scale from image size" to detect the image size from the selection, instead of from the sliders.
