Suggestion - Enable usage of scripts in image generations

Possibly an extension to #136, but it would be really helpful if we could use scripts like in Web UI, for example Ultimate SD upscale or detection detailer (which is much better than the 'restore faces' checkbox in my experience).
I guess the problem would be trying to fit all of the bits and bobs on the UI for SD upscale for example, I think either a showable/hideable menu would be the way to go like the samplers, or possibly a separate tab for scripts where it wouldn't bloat the image generation parts that much.
