Fix Styling on Callback URI List for Developer Application Detail Page

## Summary

The styling is bad for listing callback URIs. Currently a reasonably long callback uri will overflow out of the designated box/element for displaying callback URIs. We should clean up this UI so that it is at least not breaking. We can also consider a full rework of this UI as part of this issue.

Look at the Developer Application Detail page UI component, likely in a frontend directory (e.g., templates or static files). The screenshot shows a callback URI list overflowing; inspect the CSS for that box. Test by adding a long URI and adjusting styles (e.g., word-wrap, overflow) to contain the text. Check for any existing tests related to this page.
