Add Privacy policy page

Hi @AayushSahani01 , i would like to contribute to the project by adding the desired page for privacy policy which is mentioned in the footer . i think it would be a crucial thing as we need to let user know their privacy . it will emphasize the user trust and confidentiality .

Find the footer component to see where the privacy policy link is placed. Create a new page component for the privacy policy, likely in the pages or views directory. Ensure the page is linked from the footer and contains appropriate legal content about user data and confidentiality.
