Using display as button

When we click on the display, something should happen.

Look at the Kivy UI files for the calculator display, likely in a .kv file or Python class. Identify the display widget and add an on_touch_down or on_press event handler to trigger an action. Test by running the app and clicking the display to see if the desired behavior occurs.
