[BUG]: Missing GitHub and Discord buttons on several project pages

### Bug Description

Several project detail pages are missing the **GitHub** and **Discord** action buttons in the hero section, while other project pages correctly display them.

The project data already supports `githubLink` and `discordLink` fields (where available), and these buttons are rendered consistently across most project pages. However, they are absent on a few pages, resulting in an inconsistent user experience and making it harder for users to quickly access the project's repository or community.

This appears to be an unintended omission rather than an intentional design choice.

## **Current Behavior**

The above project pages do not display the GitHub and/or Discord action buttons in the hero section, even though this functionality exists across other project pages.

## **Expected Behavior**

Project pages should display:

* A **GitHub** button whenever a `githubLink` is available.
* A **Discord** button whenever a `discordLink` is available.

The buttons should follow the same styling, placement, and behavior as the rest of the project pages to maintain UI consistency.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the AOSSIE website.
2. Navigate to any of the following project pages:

* Agora Blockchain

* Social Street Smart
3. Observe the hero section.
4. Compare these pages with other project pages that display GitHub and Discord action buttons.
