[BUG]: Project should be linked to it's project page

### Bug Description

The three project's card on the home page is not connected to its project link

### Steps to Reproduce

1) Go to the home page
2) scroll down to our projects
3) when clicking on the three cards, it doesn't take us to it's project page.
