App fails to run due to missing flutter_lyric repo and firebase_options.dart

### 🐛 Describe the bug

The app fails to run on a fresh clone due to missing dependencies and configuration files.

## Issues encountered
1. flutter_lyric dependency points to a non-existent GitHub repository:
https://github.com/Aarush-Acharya/flutter_lyric.git

2. firebase_options.dart is missing (not committed)

## Steps to reproduce
1. Clone the repo
2. Run flutter pub get
3. Run the app

## Expected behavior
App should run successfully after setup

## Actual behavior
Build fails due to missing dependencies

## Proposed solution
- Remove or replace flutter_lyric dependency
- Handle Firebase initialization gracefully or document setup
