Audio Skip Controls

### 🚀 The feature

Add 10-second skip forward and backward buttons to the player, right next to the play/pause button. Basically, just standard skip controls so you can jump backward or skip forward if you want.

### Motivation, pitch

It's actually pretty hard to rewind just a few seconds using the slider. You end up jumping way too back or forward.
