### 🎨 The UI/UX Update
The Navbar for New-Design needs hover-based enhancements to create a subtle glass effect on the Navbar. This sub-issue is open for contributors to take on. Do share your approach with maintainers such that aa suitable approach can be selected.
This is a sub-issue of #56
### Current Design Issues
No effect while hovering on the Navbar.
### Proposed Solution
A subtle, eye-candy glass effect implemented across Navbar is required.
