Feat: Implement Settings UI Completely

# Settings Page Implementation

## Description

The *Settings Page* currently lacks proper functionality:

- There is no restriction on the number of folders displayed, making the list very long and cluttered.
- Account update options shown in the prototype (like changing name, profile icon, etc.) are not available.

## Proposed Solution

### Folder Restriction

- Limit the number of displayed folders to *5 or 10*.
- Provide a *"View More"* button to load the next set of folders incrementally.

### Account Update Features

- Allow users to *change their name*.
- Allow users to *update their profile icon*.

## Why this is needed

- Improves user experience by keeping the settings page clean and navigable.
- Enables users to manage their account details directly from the settings page.
