**- If no PR linked for 2 weeks( adjustable as per choice of maintainer) → reassigns to next eligible contributor**

This will help maintainer , and if maintainer is busy then contributors can work on maintainer's raised issue and if maintianer is busy to assign or confused to assign whom , who asked first...etc
