Feat: Display the time of each activity while logging.

### Description
This feature will display the exact time at which each action or execution occurs while logging.
- Example
- **`[BACKEND] | INFO | 19:28:03 | [access] 127.0.0.1:58132 - "GET /images/?tagged=true HTTP/1.1" 200`**
- **`[SYNC-MICROSERVICE] | INFO | 19:28:18 | [access] 127.0.0.1:59097 - "GET /folders/status HTTP/1.1" 200`**
Most hosting platforms also provide this feature.
