BUG: Irritating scroll bars on having high number of tags

### What happened?

How to reproduce
1. Go to home
2. Look for an image which has more than 3 tags
3. Hover over the tags icon -> A window will appear with horizontal and vertical scrollbars

Proposed changes
1. Increase the width of the tags hover popup upto 50% of the image to avoid horizontal scrollbar
2. Make the scrollbars slim and matching to the theme
