[FEATURE]: Add hover interaction to FAQ accordion items

### Feature and its Use Cases

## Problem
The FAQ accordion items currently do not have any hover feedback.

## Expected Behavior
FAQ items should provide a subtle hover effect to indicate interactivity.
- Slight background color change
- Soft shadow increase
- Border highlight
- Smooth transition effect

This would improve user experience and visual clarity.

## Impact
Improves usability and perceived responsiveness of the FAQ section.
