[BUG]: Adding the "Terms of service" and "Privacy policy" page

### Bug Description

Currently if user clicks on the Terms of service and Privacy policy present in the footer then they don't move to that page, it redirects to the same page only.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to landing page
2. Scroll to footer
3. Either click on "Terms of service" or "Privacy Policy" page
4. Make the observations.

Start at the landing page footer and trace the Terms of service and Privacy Policy links from their click targets. Verify the intended page destinations and confirm that each link navigates away from the landing page to its corresponding page when tested in Chrome.
