## ✨ Proposed Changes
Add CONTRIBUTING.md: Guidelines for setup, submitting issues/PRs, coding practices.

Add CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md: Define acceptable behavior using a standard format (e.g., Contributor Covenant).

Add SECURITY.md: Instructions for responsibly disclosing security vulnerabilities.
