# 🚀 Implement Creator Audience Analysis: Niche, Sentiment & Engagement

We need to implement a **creator audience analysis** feature to determine their **niche, sentiment, and engagement** using data from social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, etc.). This will enhance **Inpact's AI-powered sponsorship matchmaking** by providing deeper insights into a creator’s audience and content style.

## Tasks
✅ **Fetch Creator’s Public Data**
- Use **Instagram Graph API, YouTube Data API**, or scraping for:
- Follower count, likes, comments, shares
- Video descriptions, hashtags, keywords

✅ **Analyze Audience Niche**
- Extract content themes using **NLP & keyword analysis**
- Cluster content types using **ChromaDB (vector embeddings) or LDA topic modeling**

✅ **Perform Sentiment Analysis**
- Analyze **comments & audience reactions** to determine sentiment (positive, neutral, negative)
- Use **spaCy, NLTK, or Transformers** for sentiment classification

✅ **Calculate Engagement Metrics**
- Average likes, comments, shares per post
- Engagement rate calculation
