## 🌟 Feature Description
Inside the main chat interface dashboard, there are several quick-action icon buttons provided for streamlining tasks, extracting action items, or scheduling quick meeting workflows. I would like to propose a UX enhancement by wrapping these action buttons with descriptive Flutter `Tooltip` widgets.

### 🤔 Problem It Solves
For new users or open-source contributors exploring the interface for the first time, raw icons without structural text can sometimes create cognitive friction. Adding instant hover/long-press tooltips (e.g., "Extract Action Items", "Generate Meeting Summary") guarantees absolute accessibility compliance and clarity.
