Description

### Bug Description

When generating MCQs from PDF inputs, the frontend does not provide clear feedback
if fewer questions are generated than requested. In some cases, incomplete MCQs
(e.g., missing options or incorrect context) are displayed without any warning.

This behavior can confuse users and make it difficult to distinguish between
backend limitations and frontend handling issues.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Upload a PDF file with sufficient textual content
2. Select a page range (e.g., 10–15)
3. Choose the PDF input option
4. Request generation of 10 MCQs
5. Observe the generated output

### Logs and Screenshots

No frontend console errors observed.
Issue appears to be related to frontend handling of API responses.

(Attach screenshots showing:
- Requested MCQ count vs generated count
- Incomplete MCQs if visible)

### Environment Details

OS: Windows / Linux / macOS
Browser: Chrome / Firefox
Frontend: React
Project: EduAid

### Impact

High – major functionality broken
