[BUG]: Frontend allows proceeding without providing any input

### Bug Description

### Description

When I click the "Next" button without uploading any file, entering a Google Doc URL, or providing any text input, the application still moves to the next page.

There is no content provided, so it should not allow the user to proceed.

### Expected Behavior

The application should check if any input is given.
If nothing is provided, it should show a message like:
"Please upload a file or provide input before proceeding."

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the web app.
2. Do not upload any file.
3. Do not enter any URL.
4. 4.Do not enter any input text.
5. Click "Next".
