BUG: Misaligned “Your Role” dropdown and missing input for “Other” option

### What happened?

## 📌 Issue Overview
The “Your Role” field in the Join Waitlist form has a visual alignment issue and a usability problem when selecting the “Other” option. The field appears slightly misaligned, and users are unable to enter a custom role when “Other” is selected.

## 🔍 Steps to Reproduce
1. Go to the website landing page
2. Open the “Join Waitlist” form
3. Locate the “Your Role” dropdown field
4. Click on the dropdown and select “Other”
5. Observe the alignment and input behavior

## 🎯 Expected Behavior
- The “Your Role” dropdown should be properly aligned with the other form fields.
- When a user selects “Other”, a text input field should appear.
- The user should be able to type their custom role.
- The entered role should be included in the form submission.

## 🚨 Actual Behavior
- The dropdown appears slightly shifted compared to other input fields.
- Selecting “Other” does not show any input field.
- The label “Other:” includes a colon, which suggests an input is required, but no input option is provided.
- Users cannot specify a role that is not already listed.

## 💡 Suggested Improvements
- Fix the alignment of the “Your Role” dropdown so it matches other form fields.
- Show a text input field dynamically when “Other” is selected.
- Remove the colon from “Other” if no input is shown, or ensure the input appears immediately.
- Store the custom role value properly in the database along with the rest of the form data.
