## 🌟 Feature Description
I’d like to enhance Devr.AI to make it more **proactive and helpful for contributors**. Right now, it mostly responds when directly asked something, but I think it could **anticipate contributor needs** and guide them through tasks, onboarding, and documentation automatically.

Some ideas for this feature:
- Suggest relevant issues or tasks to contributors based on what they’re working on.
- Provide step-by-step onboarding guidance for newcomers.
- Keep track of conversations across Discord, Slack, GitHub, and Discourse so it can give **context-aware responses**.
- Offer analytics to maintainers so they can see unanswered queries, active contributors, and engagement stats.
- Learn from feedback over time so it improves its suggestions and guidance.

Currently, Devr.AI only reacts when someone tags it or asks a question. This means:
- Contributors might miss tasks or guidance that would help them get started.
- Maintainers spend extra time manually monitoring contributors and answering questions.
- New contributors might have a slower onboarding experience.
- AI responses can sometimes be too generic or miss the context.
