## Describe the Issue

Currently the DebateAI FrontEnd lacks a landing page that describes the project and it's core functionalities

## How to reproduce the issue?

```bash
cd frontend
```

- open localhost:5173
- checkout the current landing page.

### What changes I want to make to solve this issue?

- I have made a simple UI design to give an insight about DebateAI
- Here's a the first draft that I have made using Figma
